I received knife as a gift. The knife came with a holder you can sit on the counter, the knife does not fit. I sent back the knife and was sent a replacement. The same thing the knife and cord do not fit i. The holder. It seems like the plastic holders screwed in the wrong place it is to short for the lengthy of the knife. I am not sending it back again. I will just not use the wooden holder. I will keep it in a drawer.

We bought this mostly for slicing bread - it's very sharp and cuts well. It's easy to cut a thin slice and easy to keep it straight. We haven't used the meat blades, yet.

We have really enjoyed using this Cuisinart electric knife. I is leaps and bounds over our previous one. This knife has a very good grip quality that I feel is unmatched in the electric knife marketplace. I slices through meats and breads with ease.

I received this as a Christmas gift. I’ve only used it once for the Christmas ham. It had a hard time cutting the outside of the ham and it almost seemed to shred the meat at one point. Although it came with 4 serated knives I wished it would have had the non serated with it too.
