I was given this at Christmas, and had used my moms before that. This knife is easy to use slicing through meat such as turkey or ham, or soft bread. It is also easy to assemble, disassemble, and clean. I also like the cutting board style storage rack that keeps everything neat and within reach when needed, while hiding the cord. It is the best knife that I have used, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type of kitchen gadget/tool/appliance.

I have only used it once and that was to slice baked bread. I can not cut even slices of anything with normal knives. But with this knife I cut even slices!! So easy to use and to change the blades.

I do not use often but love it for when I use it. This is the second one. When first had a problem, I ran out and bought my second Cuisinart. I love using it for cutting a pineapple. Makes a tuff job almost easy.
