Had this unit since August 2017 for a wedding gift to replace our aging Kuerig and use it almost every day. Timer works great and it's ready for me when I wake up in the morning. Only cons are you have to turn it upside down completely to get the last bit of coffee out hopefully this can be fixed in the future. You can only fill as much water as you need, if you're making 6 cups but fill 12 cups worth of water it will use all the water and make the coffee weak. Recently it's been dripping slightly where the metal meets the plastic but I only lose a few drips. Overall very happy and have recommended to others who also like it. Much more economical buying beans and grinding yourself than buying pods if you drink as much coffee as us.

Everything about this product. is great but the carafe design. Initially you must pour very slowly or it spills down the side. The final cup is almost impossible to get out. Would have been really great with the glass carafe and a warming pad. But I knew going in that I was giving up those features. I particularly like he built in grinder, A great idea well executed.

I've been using this machine for about 10 months. I love setting it to "grind and brew" coffee when I wake up in the morning. it's easy to clean. my one small complaint is that the indicator for cleaning the grinder is not consistent, so I keep my own tally to remember to clean it.
