Great coffee maker, providing fresh ground drip coffee. Our only complaint is the grounds basket it too short to accept standard filters without crushing the filter and causing the grounds to end up in the basket outside the filter. It's a relatively small inconvenience for an otherwise great coffee maker.

We had the same coffee maker for 20 years without having a problem. This new Cuisinart is much noisier, the carafe leeks and we did not receive a gold filter. As you can see we are very disappointed!

Most any coffee lover will say that freshly ground beans will produce the best, most robust coffee flavor. This unit simply provides that experience. And you can easily adjust the strength to your desired level. This is a superior machine!
