Are used to have the exact same machine and then after about six years it broke so I bought a new one and I used it for about two weeks and didn’t like it, so I bought the exact same model, which is what I have now and I love it!

Great coffee maker, providing fresh ground drip coffee. Our only complaint is the grounds basket it too short to accept standard filters without crushing the filter and causing the grounds to end up in the basket outside the filter. It's a relatively small inconvenience for an otherwise great coffee maker.

We had the same coffee maker for 20 years without having a problem. This new Cuisinart is much noisier, the carafe leeks and we did not receive a gold filter. As you can see we are very disappointed!

I have owned older models of the Burr Grind and Brew. This thermal model now has a 12 cup capacity which is wonderful. The grind cycle is also quieter than the older models which is a blessing. The coffee it makes is delicious! I am very happy with this product!!!
