This review is after 3 weeks of use and I love it. I was a pod user for years and having it brewed fresh daily is a real plus. It took a few tries for me to find the right brew level but the machine is easy to learn and use.

Makes a good cup of coffee. Easy to keep clean. Need to heat water higher as 195-205 is optimal for brewing. I have measured 175 with warm carafe and digital thermometer. Also find that warming up cup is necessary unless drinking coffee fast. Carafe does not keep warm very long so necessary to make small amounts that will be drank soon. All said...this is still a value purchase and easy to accommodate the cons.

Coffee is not as hot as I would like it. Others cuisinart coffee pots can stay turned on after grinding for up to 4 hours; this pot grinds and shuts off
