I love this coffee maker! I just couldn’t stand the waste of K-cups any longer, so I wanted to go back to traditional coffee. I did a lot of research, and this machine with the burr grinder and thermal carafe stood out as the perfect choice. I really love that you can make as few as 12 ounces at a time, or a whole pot when entertaining. The grinder works wonderfully, and lets you know when it’s time to clean it, which is actually really easy to do! Obviously, it’s a tiny bit less convenient than using a single brew system, but entirely worth the extra minutes to choose something SO MUCH better for the planet. Timer feature is great! Just a warning, though: the grinder is really loud, so you might want to make sure that your alarm wakes you up a little more pleasantly a few minutes before the grinder comes on , haha.

This is our fourth unit in 3 residences. One our previous ones suffered a catastrophic failure and as a result now resides in the SCOTTSDALE Arizona landfill. We hope it was just a lemon and not something systemic
