Burr Grind & Brew Thermal 12 cup auto coffeemaker

We love it! But there are a few things that we don't like about it compared to our previous Cuisinart Coffeemakers.
* Everything is very dark and hard to read and even the time display is hard to see.
* The carafe doesn't keep the coffee as hot for as long as we would like.
* Even though we are using a quality bean (Starbucks) our chute has to be cleaned after every use. . . not the 7-10 uses mentioned in the instruction booklet.
That being said we love the flavor of the whole bean coffee that it brews. Would we buy it again. . . probably but would like some upgrades to it as previously mentioned.

Having owned a Cuisinart Grind & Brew for years, upgrading to one with the Burr grinder seemed unnecessary. But, I don't know now, why I didn't do this sooner. The Burr grinder makes a huge difference in the taste of my brewed coffee. This Grind & Brew is also easier to clean and maintain than my older model. Upgrading was a good decision.
