I got this as a gift 1 month ago and I was blown away...I always wanted a grind and brew and someone purchased this for me and I love it so far. The coffee is fresh every time with the coffee staying hot for hours after the brew and I am talking like 4 or 5 hours after...I preheat the pot with hot water before I brew the coffee. I love this and look forward to using this for years to come.

I bought this for a family member around December of 2018 and they are absolutely in love with it! I've had the coffee that it produces and I must say it is of the best caliber, especially the whole beans that go in the Burr Grinder! Amazing taste, nice texture and aroma as well. Easy to maintain, and an overall Joy to have!

Gave this to my husband for Christmas. He’s not thrilled with it but we missed the cutoff date to return it.
1. The light is on while coffee is brewing and goes off when it’s done. Seems counterintuitive.
2. Opening to water reservoir is too narrow. Needs to be bigger.
3. Opening in thermal carafe is too small for even my tiny hands making it hard to clean.
He’s making do with it, but complains about it almost every day. Other than these design flaws it seems to be well-made with good quality materials.
