Been using this new coffee maker for a month. So far it works great. The perfect bean portion works very well with the strength selection of the coffee, which was a much needed feature. Easy to understand instructions. Wish it were a bit less noisy but not a deal breaker!

It’s very nice for the price. There are only a few things that I don’t like about it. Sometimes the lid doesn’t screw on to the craft tight and it leaks while pouring. You have to tilt the craft up super high before it pours out. You can pour a cup while it’s still brewing but sometimes it still leaks. I wish the tank level was a little easier to see. It’s got a floating ball in it but is so small it’s hard to see. Otherwise this coffee pot is amazing!!!! Freshest coffee ever! It does exactly what it claims to. We clean ours regularly and we have had no problems. I brew tea & coffee in it. The reusable filter is another great added feature. Would definitely buy this again. Might be a Christmas gift for me parents next year.

This machine does a great job brewing coffee. The design of the carafe isn’t good for pouring. You have to turn the carafe completely upside down to get the last cup of coffee and it doesn’t come out in a smooth stream. The auto grinder is a great feature but it grinds the same amount of coffee even though the setting is changed. When the setting is on 8 cups it grinds enough coffee to fill the entire basket which isn’t needed. I like expensive coffee so I feel that it wastes some of the beans so you don’t get as many cups of coffee from the bag.

I love this coffeemaker! I had the old version for 13 years. I couldn’t take the bean holder out anymore, it was stuck, so it was more than time to replace it. In comparison, I love being able to keep the beans at the top, and not having to wash out that portion ever time. So much easier. Makes amazing coffee, I’m very happy.

Overall a good product. However, I hate the thermal pot. It simply does not pour well. The spout needs to be more of a "V" shape for spill free use. It is difficult to pour the last 3rd of the pot and cN get messy doing so. I will not buy another.

I love my cuisinart coffee maker, however whoever came up with the very poor design of the carafe...pouring a cup of coffee is the worst!! The carafe drips everywhere leaving a mess. Leaves me thinking about another brand.
