I bought this about a month back and it works flawlessly. I can control the strength of the brew and the gold filter is very useful to have. Does not affect the taste of the coffee in anyway. Love it!

It has some excellent qualities and some that are are not so good. The best feature, in my opinion, is that it holds so many beans. The worst feature is that the coffee does NOT stay hot. Not even for 15 minutes. I have to heat each and every cup, after the first, in the microwave. Also, if you don’t line up the arrows EXACTLY the (wet) grounds make a mess. And be cautious not to overfill the water. There’s no room for error, not even a few drops.

I bought It about six weeks ago and i have used it every single day. It is an awesome start to my day. The grind of fresh coffee beans keep the coffee with a strong and robust flavor and I swear By the ability to program. I wake Up every morning to a fresh pot of coffee and I pour And go. I have Made this grind and brew coffee pot apart of an entire coffee station that I have Organized. I love It and will never let it go.

For our family the Termal carafe is the bomb. It keeps the coffee hot for hours. We can enjoy that same great taste of fresh brewed coffee long after it is made. We are not a fan of coffee makers with the burner type although they do keep the coffee hot for hours but the coffee becomes strong and bitter. This is our 3rd Cuisinart Automatic Coffeemaker. There has been a problem with leaking in the base of the coffeemaker with the previous two. Maybe this one will be different, we are hoping anyway. In spite of the problem, we still enjoy the feature’s that this coffeemaker offers.

The coffee maker is ideal for making coffee multiple times without reloading the coffee bin. It is cleaner and faster. The coffee comes out perfectly as you dial in your preference. A little noisy but so is any grinder.
