Got this 1 month ago and my husband just loves it. You can load the beans in the top....last about 3-4 mornings if using 12 cup setting. If you want to make 4 cups remember to set it to 4 and then only add 4 cups of water.
A little different cleaning method but you get used to it. Folliw directions and watch video. You will be impressed.

Does it all. Set the appropriate controls and it adjusts the amount of coffee to grind based on strenght and amount of water in the resevour. Pretty easy, plus great coffee

I bougut this coffee machine with high expectations and was disappointed. Difficult to pour and fill water tank with thermal carafe and the burr grinder was very loud on starting brew.
