I wanted so badly to get away from the toxic little plastic Kcups!! This brewer has made the switch so easy. From being able to preprogram the coffee maker, to choosing the grind strength, to having coffee brewed from freshly ground beans each morning..,love it!!

I bought this item about a month ago. Have used it for ground coffee beans and whole beans. My only issue is with the Carafe. Coffee doesn't stay very hot for long.

I bought this to replace my first one. It lasted almost 9 yrs. After shopping for a new and improved model, I came back to this. It's still the best out there. Love that it grinds the right amount of coffee and puts it in the basket. Easy and convenient. Even though it has the same Model number as my first one, I did notice a few upgrades which makes it even better. Oh, and the coffee taste great.

My old Cuisinart coffee maker died of old age and I liked the coffee grind feature that was a part of that coffee maker and so I decided up try another version of a Cuisinart coffee maker with that feature. My coffee tastes even better! The burr grind feature provides a finer grind so that more of the coffee flavor comes through..
