I purchased this about 1 month ago and I’m not entirely happy with it. The coffee does not stay hot in the thermal container. I go to the trouble of putting hot water in it before I make coffee which is a pain and it still does not stay hot. Would return it but that’s a pain also.

I bought this about a month ago. I love it. Really nice feathers. The only draw back is the caffee. It hard to pour out the last bit of coffee. Otherwise I love my new coffee maker.

It is an amazing coffee maker, it shuts off after brewing, the coffee stays warm for hours and hours. This is our second burr grind and brew, we had the other one for over 10 years!!! This is our first thermal.

I bought this when I got tired of replacing my Keurig K cup machines...I’ve only had it one month but I like fresh coffee...I like the grind feature but it works fine with ground coffee also...one thing I don’t like is that you have to reset the program every day but otherwise so far so good!
