Generally very satisfied except with pouring of the pot. The coffee won’t pour properly as you get down to the last few cups without leaking and the need to clean the residual grinds is annoying to prevent clogging

Fair to good features. However, unlike using pods, the cleaning process after each use can be time consuming. Grinding mechanism is good and it brews good coffee. The craft does not keep the coffee hot enough for my liking.

It has performed as expected, but cleaning is a chore! Also, first time washing a small oring came off basket and went down the drain. It would have been nice if a replacement was included. Coffee does stay hot in the thermal carafe without a heated base. After brewing, the first cup gets coffee grounds when you pour, which falls from the top of the basket, which may because of the missing o-ring?
