Bought this almost a year ago and it still produces the best coffee I’ve made at home. Easy to clean, doesn’t make the coffee bitter like a warmer does and it stays warm for about 3 hours.

Can’t say enough about what great coffee this makes. The drawbacks: no backlight on the clock. Have to use a flashlight to set the time. Has a habit o spilling if you don’t pour it correctly. That’s it. Wonderful product I will say with this brand.

The brewing is great. The grinder is not. It kept stopping/clogging as the grinds would not drop into grind cup after grinding forcing the unit to slow and then stop. Even after cleaning out some times it would still stop. We now have a separate grinder.

When you brew coffee the plastic band around the top of the pot expands. Unless you wait for it to cool, coffee drips below the spout. You replaced the first pot, but the new one does the same thing.

If you can appreciate the aroma of a coffee bean and the scent of freshly brewed coffee this machine is for you. Its sooo easy to program, I usually don't like fooling around with features, well it took my lazy but 2 months to read the manual and check out the programming...i kicked myself because it takes less than 2 minutes to program it. Clean the chute, add water and push a button.
I like to try different flavors so I buy different beans, different brands, different blends, put them all in one container mix them up and explore different coffee flavors every few days.
Get it, you wont regret it.
