I bought this as I wanted a burr grinder, and like the idea of a pot of coffee so my partner and I can have a coffee at different times during our morning routine. Its been a pleasure to use, and has a feel of quality and luxury about it. Would definitely purchase agian and recommend to friends.

I bought this a few weeks ago and to be honest I’m not very impressed . Coffee machine does grind the beans well but the coffee is always a little cold I feel . So in my opinion a bit over priced for what you get ,

So, this is the 3rd in our series of these models. The first is over 10 years old and still outperforming all others. The second has stopped working twice. This one is very nice and has some lovely additional features especially the bean hopper and the reduced daily cleaning. However, it is hard to adjust the amount of beans used (can only change the strength and the amount of water) so it seems to use an inordinate amount of beans per brew. The old grinder holders held about 60g, but the new machine uses much more. My solution is to just put in 60g each time, making the hopper feature irrelevant!

A machine, that once you have found the strength and quantity you like, automates a fantastic coffee whenever you want it. Love it! Use paper filters, easily available and cheap, to reduce cleaning grounds. Cannot find another machine to match it. Only downgraded the features as we never use the available programming.
