Great machine! I neeed another one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this coffee machine! I’m heartbroken that it has been discontinued. I’ve owned two of these. They tend to break a week after the warranty expires, but I worked them hard & they made lovely coffee. I especially loved the feature that they wake up before I do!

An excellent device

I bought this machine for a few weeks and have used it everyday since then. It makes excellent coffee, provided the right beans are used. These are a personal choice but we like ours well roasted in the Italian style. The strength control works well, medium in the morning and strong after dinner suit us. It is easy to use and clean and fits nicely on the worktop, under a kitchen wall cupboard.

We had our last Cuisinart for years and loved it. This model though is amazing, so many improvements on ours. No dripping from the new design thermos, better grinding mechanism and filter section. Really impressed

I’ve had one of these coffee machines since 2016 and unfortunately the motor failed and it no longer operated with a grind function although filter worked fine we missed our bean to cup coffees. I contacted Cuisinart about getting it repaired which wasn’t possible but they offered us a new machine at a discount. The new machine is great and has some improvements over our old machine and we’re delighted to be back with our bean to cup coffee experience.

If you enjoy a lovely cup of filter coffee then this machine is for you. It’s so easy to use and the thermal carafe keeps the coffee lovely and hot. This is our second grind and brew plus. The last one lasted about 12 years of every day use so can’t grumble about that. Definitely worth the money.

Second one of these we have bought, the first one stopped working after almost 6 years of at-least-daily use. Great product if a little expensive - also, I suspect that if only we could have bought a replacement carafe and lid we might not have needed a new machine, but they weren't available. The problem with the old one was it was throwing coffee all over the worktop every time it was used, otherwise would have been five stars.
