I wanted to buy a 12 cup Automatic Grind and Brew coffeemaker and will want to get another one when this third one dies. I hope they will restart that production line.

We purchased this (1) very expensive coffeemaker to replace an older, less expensive, worn out Cuisinart Grind & Brew that we loved. I'm not fond of the thermal carafe. You (2) can't use it to determine how much water to put in the reservoir because the whole thing is stainless, the carafe (3) could be a bit more insulated to keep the coffee warmer, and the (4) pour spout is challenging in that you almost have to tip the carafe on its head to pour all of the coffee out of it.

This Cuisinart grind and brew thermal coffee maker is a nice coffeemaker. It is very easy to set up and very easy to clean. It does tend to use a lot of coffee beans. My biggest complaint with this coffeemaker is that there is no warming plate. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee semi warm, but within about 45 minutes of brewing, the coffee in the carafe is luke warm and I end up having to microwave it to warm it up. I wish I would have read reviews more before purchasing, because I may not have bought it due to not having a warming plate. Overall it does make a nice cup of coffee.

We purchased a Cuisinart burr grinder coffee maker to replace our old Cuisinart coffee maker. We have been a fan of Cuisinart coffee makers for more than 15 years. This newer model provides a burr grind that makes the coffee richer and more full bodied. In addition, this newer coffee maker allows us to put several days of coffee beans into a sealed hopper. Here. We can put 2 days worth of beans into the sealed hopper at a time. Doing this, we only need to add beans every other day.

This is the best coffee maker ever! I've only had it a few weeks. But, It’s a replacement for one just like it that I had for many years. It is not shown to still be a Cusinart offering. So, I was really glad when I found it. Pros: it grinds a little quieter than the old one. It pours better than the old one. Makes great coffee just as the old one did. Coffee keeps without oxidizing in the sealed carrafe. Cons: maybe a fraction of a millimeter taller than the old one. It barely fits under the upper cabinet. The cost is almost double of the old one from maybe15 years ago. If it lasts as long its still a bargain.

This coffee maker is a dream come true! Everything about it is wonderful! All you have to do is add coffee beans once in a while to the top, in the morning you add water, change out the filter, turn it on, and voila! Incredible coffee!! I would say the only downside is the set up because the directions frankly suck. That is a tiny learning curve. But please buy the coffee maker, get through the learning curve, and then you will thank me over and over and over, because this thing is just a gosh, dang delight every single day, I promise you!

I have always liked Cuisinart products but this one really disappointed me It brews to strong even on light It brews but Luke warm and I have to micro wave every cup I pour. the carafe doesn't keep it warm. And the brew basket is broken after just a couple of months
