The insulated pot does not keep the coffee hot, it’s barely warm after an hour even when I prewarm it before brewing. And the pot dribbles most times. I love the ease of not having to put the beans in every time and the brewing selections.

Purchased about 9 months ago & love it. Had the earlier version for 6 years & it was starting to wear out. Love that you only have to add beans once a week and cleanup is fairly easy if you do it regularly. It will brew a really strong pot of coffee if you like it that way.

This is my second coffee maker of this type and it would of been 5 stars across the board because the first one was perfect, I just wore it out. The second one works great it is just the decanter when you pour your coffee leaks water from under the pouring spout. I have tried everything to find out how the water gets in but can’t find it, so I just keep a towel nearby (it’s not a lot of water by enough).
I would still recommend to a friend because of past use and feel this is a one time thing.

This is an exact replacement for our previous coffee maker. When our old one gave out we had to get a replacement but not any replacement, an exact replacement. It seems that all the new cofffee makers are fine for some things and some people but the Burr Grind and Brew is special. It takes your fresh coffee beans right in the brewer and perfectly grinds them to your desired taste. Then brews your coffee exactly as you like and keeps it hot for hours in a wonderful thermal pot. Need I say More?

I purchased about 3 months ago, and has the Cuisinart name ,the quality isn't as good as past Mr. Coffee units we've had.
When pouring coffee it drips everywhere, and sometimes there's water under the unit on the counteroffer filing, and were very careful filling . The brew strength selector doesn't change the coffee strength regardless where it's set, one bar or three.
I would have to think hard about buying another Cuisinart product again, and could not recommend this model for the price to anyone.

After 2-3 months, I can honestly say that this is the best coffeemaker I have ever owned. I prefer to make the maximum 12 cups of strong coffee. It is strong and hot; the carafe keeps it hot for 5-6 hours. The grinder works well if cleaned regularly as suggested. Timer and auto grind & brew work as advertised.

I bought the Cuisinart several months ago and had to return it within a month. because it would no longer grind the coffee. The coffee was great but the over all product was not worth having it was to much extra work to get a good cup of coffee.. My time is limited in the morning and I do have the time for all the extra step. The thermal pot did not stay hot. In order to get a good hot cup of coffee you had to run the pot under hot water. If there are improvements or up grades I would give it another try.
