The ONE thing that I do NOT like about this model—- I thane to bring it out from it’s stationary place to the front of the counter to fill the water tank! It’s a great hassle. With this model I’m turning two directions out from under the cabinets!

Makes GREAT coffee, but the stainless steel receptacle does not keep the coffee very hot. The glass receptacle, that is at our summer home, is much better.

I received this coffee maker as a gift for Christmas and loved using whole beans to make the coffee. The first cup is the best! I would add that you do need to keep the grind shoot clean as the bean residue builds up pretty fast. The coffee stays a good temperature in the metal carafe which is another plus. I am very happy with this gift.

Absolutely the best coffee/grinder machine on the market. If you need to replace an existing machine this should be your choice . It’s terrific !!!!!! We replaced our old grind and brew with this newest model . We are very happy

Owned another unit for 7 years and it was Great. Never had any issues. Told everyone how great the fresh ground coffee tasted. Water tank finally started to leak. Bought This as a replacement since I was so pleased w first unit. The new unit has issues w grinding the beans and the chute not opening so the coffee goes into the filter. Works sometimes and not others. Everything has been properly cleaned. Never had this problem w first unit in 7 years. Preparing now to contact Customer Service for warranty on current unit. Works ok w ground coffee,but I bought this unit to grind the beans.
