love the concept, but am frustrated at the many times, the grinder stops because the grounds get stuck. I have to flip it over and use a water sprayer to get the grounds out.

This is the 2nd one I've purchased; I like the simiplicity of preparing my coffee beans. East to clean and this one has alerts to tell you to clean the chute or clean the basket, which is a great feature.

Overall, it makes great coffee. The thermal coffee carafe needs to be redesigned. Occasionally it leaks when pouring coffee into you cup. It also tends to drip on your countertop as it brews. You literally have to have the perfect pour for it not to leak.

Refuses to make anything but an excellent cup of coffee! That being said, the grinding is too noisy. The system is very hard to clean. Your Carafe leaks. Needs some engineering work, but it's a Great Product!
