Door latch failed. Guide tracks bent. I never will buy again.

Hello Frank12. We regret to hear you are experiencing some concern with your pedestal drawer. We would recommend opening the drawer from the middle gently to prevent breaking the latch or bending the tracks. However, replacement parts should have your drawer working properly again. Please contact us directly for assistance with obtaining new parts for your pedestal drawer. Kindest Regards -

Bought this and pleased to say it is just what I needed to store and keep things available. It also is more convenient that the height of the washer and dryer are directly in front of me to wash and dry.

Pedestal drawers look good and store plenty of stuff. The latch is plastic and broke but 2 year warranty took care of it free of charge

the touch-2-open pedestal matches perfectly with the washer/dryer and offers immense storage space; a must have for the washer/dryer setup.
Also offers added height to the setup so easier to load and unload laundry.

Excellent choice

Although price was a little steep, it was a match to my washer and I'm very happy that I did it. Again, I couldn't have made a better choice. Many options on dial to pick and choose how you want to dry and great for the person with allergies. I love the many options and your clothes come out smelling good as well. If your reluctant about buying it, don't be...spend the money, it's well worth it!
