Easy Access & Convenient Storage

Keeps laundry supplies out of sight and I don't have to stoop to get clothes in and out of the dryer. They should have made these years ago.

PROBLEMS

WE'VE HAD THIS DRAWER FOR A WHILE, BUT THE LATCH HAS BROKEN. I'VE READ REVIEWS ON OTHER WEBSITES AND THIS SEEMS TO BE A RECURRING PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND HAS REPLACED THE LATCH WITH A PART FROM ELECTROLUX, BUT THE DRAWER STILL WON'T STAY CLOSED.

Pedestal Door operation

This must be the worst appliance made by Electrolux.
I have door problems. It won't stay shut. I had to repair the Latch twice in 2 years. It is made of plastic. I would not buy it again. they don't even sell the part on their website.

We would recommend opening the drawer from the middle gently to prevent breaking the latch or bending the tracks. However, replacement parts should have your drawer working properly again. problem with one drawer

after one week one drawer will not close. Electrolux sent a new striker, it did not help.
