Gift for son-in-law. His favorites are fried chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. The deep fryer heats up to a perfect temperature. Easy to clean. Only downside, a little hard to store when not in use due to the size.

This is a great deep fryer. We’ve made French Fries and chicken wings and they were as good as those from a restaurant. In fact, this deep fryer reminds me of a restaurant fryer. It does require a lot of oil and that oil cannot be stored in the fryer after use. Pouring it back into the original container is challenging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish it had a digital read for temp. I don’t like the dial and choices of temp. It would be better that once you dial, you got a read out of where it is. I do like this fryer as I had a smaller one and this allows me to cook more at once, I went from two egg rolls to 6 at a time. Despite temp gage reading, i do recommend this fryer.
