Like the Cuisinart air fryer/toaster/oven, it is wise to watch your ‘cook’ for the first few attempts. The recipes in both manuals cite temperature and cook time recommendations that need to be adjusted as it is easy to burn/overcook your meal. I love this deep fryer because it has a lid, eliminating messy splattering.
Oh, and the first model delivered had minor damage and after a phone call, it was quickly replaced!

I needed a larger fryer and this is definitely what I needed! Each part is removable for cleaning and all but control panel is dishwasher safe. Gone are the days of a greasy, messy appliance that you want to hide!

The Cuisinart deep fryer is an excellent choice for frying French fries, chicken tenders, chicken wings, vegetables etc.. it’s quality made, has a nice medium size fryer basket, and heats up to temperature in about 8-10 minutes. My only complaint is the timer button: its very old school, a knob that one turns to set the cook time but this knob button timer is a little challenging to get an accurate reading and needs to be changed. I would recommend a digital timer to replace this archaic one.

I bought this 4 quart Fryer to replace my Warring Deep Fryer that after 8 yrs gave out. Too say the least I’m EXTREMELY Disappointed with this product. It gets extremely Hot I can only put the dial on 215 degrees and keep a close watch to prevent burning. Condensation also builds up along the rim of the Fryer and water drips into oil causing lots of popping! This Fryer is awful! Don’t waste your money.

Dont buy. Got this fryer as Christmas gift, planed a fried chicken and french fries for dinner with friends. Fryer did not work. Lights indicated fryer had power. Oil never changed temp at all. We ended up with baked chicken and potatos. We did not save boxes. Guess we can use for a unique paper weight. Very disappointed with this Cuisinart product. Been a long time user of Cuisinart mixer and food processors.
