Great, modestly priced range

We needed to replace our old 30" range and found this Whirlpool model. It was easy to install, the features are easy to use and understand and it cooks consistently and bakes evenly.Cleanup is easy and it looks great!We highly recommend this range to anyone looking to purchase a modestly priced appliance.

Up-to-Date, Simple, Affordable

We have used this stove / oven for about a year now and really have no complaints. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly and has held up very well so far considering it's used daily. I like the different burner sizes and the roomy oven with large window. Easy to clean the cook top.Would definitely buy a Whirlpool again.

Large capacity oven is a real plus.

I do a great deal of baking from early November to mid January and love the large oven. Being able to place the racks to accommodate many dishes or baking pans at one time is a big help. Also we have a large number of family and guests at Thanksgiving. It is great to have my reliable cook stove.

Cooks great, easy to use but has major issue

For the first 4 years I loved everything about this appliance, and I still am happy with the stove. However, the oven abruptly quit working on Thanksgiving Day last year -- turned it on to cook the turkey, I heard the usual "firing up" sounds and put in the turkey. An hour later I checked it and it was off/cold, and it hasn't worked since. Don't want to pay $250 for a service call.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not expected to last long

I have had this gas range for 3 years. The oven stopped working after 2 years, out of warranty and nearly cost of new stove to replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great affordable oven

I've had this oven about 6 months now & other than just wanting a higher end oven, I haven't had any issues with it. All features are easy to use and the top is easy to clean. Haven't had to use the self cleaning option, but I have cleaned the bottom once. It's been easy so far to keep the front clean. Over all, for the price, I love this oven!

Great color combo!

Have not been a huge fan of the stainless steel look, however I really love the fact that the black porcelain is the 'cook top' area with the stainless accents. Originally wanted all black appliances, but had to go with stainless steel because we had to have a smaller fridge and it only came in stainless steel. This color combo gives me both - matches the fridge and has the black that we wanted.

I love my gas stove

It works wonderfully, range and oven. Doesn't burn breads like a lot of gas ovens do. I love the stainless steel. Clean up of the range is a bit more difficult than I had hoped, but not that bad. The self cleaning oven works great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a stainless steel gas stove who is not wanting to pay hundreds of dollars more for other gas stoves.
