Like it lots

the only thing is that the brush refills are very very expensive and I cant seem to find just one of them at a time...that might help if I could buy one replacement brush when I need it.
Pros: it is very good and does a thorought job
Cons: price of replacement brush

The brush head works fine. cleans nicely. However, i think the life time of the brush head is too short. although it says in the commercial that we need to replace the brush head every three months, a new one barely lasts less than three months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The soft start design is ideal for my 8 year old grandson to get used to using an electric tooth brush.

I have had a Sonicare e series toothbrush for quite a few years. At the last checkup my dentist said my gums and teeth were great. I attribute this to the toothbrush. If properly used it forces you to brush thoroughly tops bottoms inside and out which is necessary for proper teeth cleaning and health. This feature and the 'soft start' of the healthy white were my reasons to purchase this for my grandchildren.

It is good but probably not worth the difference in cost from the base model

I used the previous version on Sonicare. This model is lighter and my previous model did not work strongly after several years. I do brush longer than the 2.5 min on the white mode and think I could have done just as well with the lower model. I did not understand that the write mode was just an extra 30 seconds on the timer. I am happy with the performance.

Great Toothbrush

Overall a great toothbrush - very satisfied.
The small head allows it to fit and reach places regular toothbrushes (even children's sizes) won't. Leaves teeth feeling like they were just cleaned professionally.
The dual set comes with only one charger which is a hassle and makes it hard when one party travels. The heads don't fit quite tight enough to hold the colored ring in place and it would be nice if the heads lasted a little longer. That said, I would purchase again.
Pros: small heads allow it to reach all areas of mouth, ecellent cleaning
Cons: single charger, cannot find a second charger on site

For the amount of money this brush cost, I expected a lot more. I brush my teeth with it four times each day and it will not remove the coffee stains.

At the beginning, I found that the vibration and sound was a bit annoying, but as I learned to use it, this became less bothersome...I do find that my teeth are VERY well-cleaned by the Sonicare.
