After I started using the philips toothbrush I got a great checkup at the perodontists. I couldn't figure out why my teeth were were so clean. Then I remembered 6 months before I started using my new toothbrush. My dental hygenist agrees. mystery solved. Thanks for this wonderful product

Like the timer features. Did not like the the empty slots in the package when first opening. Thought there were parts missing.

It's ease of use has improved my overall dental care. I've tended to brush more often than before. I have suffered from sever gum disease and feel the ability to brush my gums has helped. I like the timer devise which keeps me brushing for a longer period than I might otherwise do.

The overall product is great, but that you have to hit the start button three times to get to the clean and white seems to be a design flaw. You should "choose" clean and white and it should clean your teeth for the appropriate amount of time. If you have sensitive teeth you should be able to "choose" that as well....
Pros: cleans wonderfully, charge lasts as advertised
Cons: have to click multiple times to get clean & white
