I am extremely satisfied with my Healthy White Sonicare. My husband had an older model that worked very well, but I am happy Phillips improved the brush head apparatus to slide on rather than screw on. It is much easier to keep clean and sanitary with these improvements. My teeth feel very clean and my gums are in excellent shape, thanks to my Healthy White.

i went to the dentist to have my usual cleaning, and my hygienist said what have i been doing different. I told her i replaced the current toothbrush i was using to a different brand. she asked what brand i was using. I told her i purchased a Phillips Sonicare. She continued to tell me, the people using the Phillips Sonicare has less tarter and cleaner teeth.

Cleans teeth well and an improvement over the earlier model

I really cannot decern any improvement over the earlier model as far as cleaning my teeth but the brush heads are much easier to keep clean and sanitary .
Pros: easy to maintain brush heads.
Cons: none

This is my second Sonicare toothbrush. My first died just after the warranty expired and due to price, I was hesitant to purchase another. I used a manual brush for several months and started noticing a lot of plaque build-up and that my teeth were just not as white despite using bleaching products. I decided to take the plunge and order a new brush, this timing purchashing the less expensive Healthy White instead of the Flex Care model (no difference in either model in terms of how well they work). I can say my teeth look fantastic again. Within a week of use I began to get compliments at work about how white and clean my teeth look. I continuously run my tongue over my teeth because of how smooth they are. My husband and I recently went on a trip and he forgot his toothbrush and I let him borrow mine. He loved it and now wants one of his own. Highly recommended product.

Cons: price of replacement brush heads, durability

My son's checkups are super - cleaner, whiter teeth. My teeth are whiter as well.

I do like the toothbrush, but preferred the last Phillips model I had. The toothbush works well, but I find it hard to start compared to the last one.
Pros: charge last quite awhile.
Cons: must press really hard to start.
