the only problem with this is you are not able to replace the battery. i paid $100.00 and it only lasted 7 months. this should absolutely be able to replace battery. ill never buy another philips sonicare product again.

Can't wind cord around the charger base like my basic Soniccare.

I received a Sonicare HealthyWhite toothbrush for Christmas and was disappointed to find the charger base will not allow me to wind the cord around it like my old Sonicare. I may take it back since this is very important to me. There is another model of HealthyWhite called "Deluxe" that does include a charger base that will accommodate winding the cord around the bottom. This is not a good way to add features to a model and charge $20 more.
Cons: can't wind cord around charger base

Not worth the money

I feel that the head has doesn't have enough power. When you brush you teeth with a manual toothbrush you can push harder on it and I feel it cleans my teeth better. When I'm using the Phillips toothbrush it is not strong and powerful enough to make my teeth feel clean. You should improve the design of the toothbrush the bristles are much to soft and make the motor with more power.
Cons: not strong and powerful enough
