Our family of five abuses this toothbrush twice a day, everyday. It is holding up perfectly after 9 months!

I had the e series before and found it was hard to keep clean. I like this design much better, no place for crud to build up.

I bought this product in a pack of two. One has worked very well, the other seems to have less power even when charged.
The one that has worked well does a great job. I liked it so well that I bought one for my elderly mother. It works well, too, though she has trouble with the on/off button. Fingers must be positioned directly over the button and a good press given. She finds it difficult with arthritic fingers.
Pros: cleans very well
Cons: on/off button can be difficult for some users

It takes some getting used to but I am pleased with it!

The first week or so that I used my sonic care brush, I felt like I was not getting my teeth brushed well after the two minute timeline. But then I brushed for a minute or so more and now I feel like I am getting a superior job. My inside lower teeth seem to take more time to brush but it is a bit awkward.
Pros: less wear on the tooth surface
Cons: takes a little longer than the 2 minute timeline

Great product, features, styling

Very happy with product over replacement to past Oral-B. Finding the features and styling for the price a great buy, including the brush sanitizer option built into the charging station.
Pros: overall great product

I absolutely love my Sonicare! The first few times it felt really strange in my mouth because I had previously only used manual toothbrushes. By the end of the first week, I was hooked! It was easy to use, easy to hold...and my mouth has never felt so clean! I use the compact brush head, which makes it much easier to clean those hard-to-reach areas. I highly recommend it!
