Won't hold a charge a year later

I bought my soniccare toothbrush healthy white and loved it until it won't work today very disappointed.
Pros: really cleans your teeth
Cons: don't last long
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have bought 3 of these and all 3 were faulty. Your warranty is weak, I will never buy Philips again .
Pros: none
Cons: take care of it and still will break down

This product is slim and fits my hand better than my old E2 Sonicare

This is my third Sonicare toothbrush and the best one yet. It does an excellent job of cleaning without any irritation to my gums, fits my hand well, and I like the way it prompts me to move to each area for maximum cleaning. I've had it only a few weeks but, already my teeth look whiter using the Diamond cleaner model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

whitening capability

disappointed in whitening capability. Even with using a whitening toothpaste, I don't notice the difference.
Pros: quadrant pacing
Cons: lack of whitening capability

It cleans your teeth

This is a third replacement. It cleans so well, there isn't much competition there. It gets a low rating because the toothbrush it replaced, the top of the line model, had a broken armiture (the metal shaft that holds the toothbrush cartrige. I don't think that part should break. I am back again because replacement one and two were great. They were the cheaper models. We are buying the cheaper models from now on.
Pros: cleans teeth
Cons: mechanical problem

Another great feature is the charge seems to last longer while traveling. Plus the charger is much more compact. Truly my favorite toothbrush and have bought many for my family as gifts.

I like my new Sonicare

My husband and I share the brush head and have really enjoyed our new Sonicare. We had been using our old Elite model for a long time and it has been nice to upgrade to the new Ckean and White brush.
Pros: i enjoy the clean & white setting
