Replacement Toothbrush was easy process!

I recently had a problem with my toothbrush.After almost 2 years the battery would not stay charged. I kept my receipt and noted it was one month shy of the 2 year warranty, so I called the Service Dept and they did a bit of troubleshooting the problem with me and when they realized I needed a new brush they sent me one and I received it within a week. I am very happy with my functioning Whitening Toothbrush that charges again and the helpful friendly service I received!

this is thee perfect product for the LAZY man, of which I AM. i am getting AMAZING results from this product. NEVER had any problems or issues with my unit.
Pros: perfect for the lazy man
Cons: price of replacement heads are insane!!

Our Sonicare tooth brush is superior to our Brawn Oran B toothbrush, as recommended by my periodontist. Only drawback: tip of the brush became frayed after a couple of month of use. The Oral B brushes lasted longer.

For many years, I have used the Philips Sonicare.
I have been able to successfully maintain my teeth...and that's not easy when you are near 70 years old.
Sonicare gives me the guidance that I need (areas to reach, time to spend on each area, etc.
Pros: a great dental aid
Cons: the con is me. i loose the tooth brush cover

Was using a battery operated toothbrush and the sonicare is sooo much better. Mouth and teeth get extremely clean. Toothbrush is lightweight and easy to use. I love the timer on it.
