The sonicare makes cleaning your teeth and gums effortless! I hate teeth brushing but have fell in love with this powered toothbrush! The sonicare does all the work!

Wonderful Toothbrush

My last Sonicare finally gave out after six years...yes, I bought another one. I can't imagine brushing my teeth by hand ever again. My sister and mother still use a hand toothbrush and try as I might, I can't convince them to get an electric toothbrush. My checkups at the dentist prove that it works, if you use it. Very happy and would and do highly recommend.

Better than Braun Oral B; vast improvement over E-Series

We used the Phillips E-Series for several years, but were not very happy with the brush heads, which tended to acquire a funky slime under the base after a while. The tooth brushing aspect, however, was great.
So, I finally decided to buy a Braun Oral-B, which came with a 90-day money-back guarantee (good for you, Braun). It turned out that the Braun just didn't brush my teeth nearly as well as the Phillips E-Series toothbrush I used to have. I could actually feel that it wasn't getting food out between my teeth. So, I returned the Braun Oral-B at the end of the 90-day trial, and they promptly refunded me for my entire purchase price (good for you again, Braun!).
I bought this newest Phillips toothbrush (actually, two of them) because it looked like they had solved the design problem that had plagued the E-Series-- the new brush head does not have a screw-on cover that can culture mold and slime. It is a slimmer brush that simply snaps on, and it really stays clean. We have not had one problem with slime or gunk.
It's funny, because the Braun is a top-rated toothbrush, but in my experience, it just didn't do half the job that the Phillips does.
Pros: no gunk like in the e-series, battery lasts for a long time!, excellent toothbrush!

Hoping to keep my teeth a few more years by using Philips Sonicare

At 70 yrs old it is hard for me to get use to the buzzing in my mouth but it is getting easier to tolerate and my mouth does feel cleaner than when I was using a manual toothbrush. My dentist recommended your sonic toothbrush as a possible means of preserving my teeth that are at risk.

Decent cleaning,design faults

I feel product,my third purchase has it's good & bad points.
It's lighter than it's predecessors.
It's not as easy to mount brush on handle
it has a lot more vibration in the handle.
it cleans well.
charger holder easy to use
Charger able to disassemble for cleaning.
latest purchase failed under warranty,and was replaced.

I waited too long to get one.

My wife has been using one for years but I resisted. Sorry I waited as this is a great product and really makes your mouth feel clean. Does a good job on massaging my gums to keep them healthy.
