This is my second sonic toothbrush. The first one lasting from 2003 until 2011. I have also purchased them for other members in our family. My only problem with this model is that there is no travel case, so I really miss it when we are traveling. When I use my regular toothbrush, I just don't feel my teeth are as clean.
Pros: after using the good feeling of my gums and teeth.
Cons: no travel case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product works well. We like the automatic shut off after 2 minutes. We like the size of the brush head. The only pitfall is the material that the handle is made of gets dirty easily and requires cleaning often.

This is my 3rd Sonicare product and each iteration's design is better than the last. I would, however, like to have been able to set the timer to the setting with the extra two 30-second intervals, and then let that be the default for the next time I turn it on, rather than having to cycle through the settings.
Pros: slender brush handle
Cons: hard to tell if i pushed start button twice

I have very poor teeth, but with the Sonicare, I have much better checkups. I appreciate the three 'modes'. If I have a problem and a tooth is sensitive, I can switch to the gentle setting. Most people would use the standard mode, and I use the 'clean and white' setting because it gives an extra 30 seconds of stronger vibrations to use on the visible front teeth.
I used the older, thicker model for years - and liked it a lot - but this is really an improvement.
However, I wish it could remember which mode I like to use. When I turn it on, I have to click the button three times to get to the 'clean and white' mode. My wife uses the standard mode, but has to click it three times to turn it off.

This is my second sonicare, my old one I used for over seven years. Great checkups and easy to use. New unit is even better, smaller and has more cleaning action than my old one.
Pros: not much larger than a manual tooth brush
Cons: none from me
