My toothbrush went haywire and now doesn't work.

I loved my Sonicare until last week, when it started acting really strange and turning on by itself. Now it does not work at all and I haven't had it that long. I paid a lot of money for this toothbrush and it's worth the money...if it would only work.
Pros: the best toothbrush ever...when it is working.
Cons: i have not had it that long and it no longer works

My teeth are whiter!!

I've been only using this toothbrush for maybe a week and my teeth are already whiter. I love the timer, I never knew how short I had been brushing before, this fixes that, and my teeth actually feel cleaner after every time I use it. The clean and white mode is worth the extra 30 second, as the after the last 30 seconds my front teeth feel really clean.
Pros: ease of use, cleaner and whiter teeth, timer, clean and white mode

Over the last 4 years, I've use different electric toothbrushes, but this one is the best. It makes my teeth feel nice and clean. It helps keep my great smile.

Philips Sonicare HealthyWhite Rechargeable sonic toothbrush is a great improvement over other powered toothbrush models. It is light and easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to pack for travel. Since using my Sonicare toothbrush, my dentist and oral hygenist have been amazed at how healthy my mouth has become. I'm sure I could never get by without it.

This toothbrush does a fantastic job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. It makes my teeth so clean that it feels like I have just been to the dentist. The one button design is great! I've used toothbrushes with multiple buttons in the past, and was forever accidently pushing random buttons while brushing my teeth. The single button requires a firm push, and I have never accidently pushed it.
One thing that I found confusing in the literature online was how many chargers this toothbrush comes with. What's included in the box is a single travel charger, plus an enclosure that you can snap the travel charger into. The enclosure has two pegs for brush heads, a peg for the toothbrush, and an internal cable holder. I believe this is the deluxe charger referred to in the literature, but it is an enclosure only, not actually a charger.
The battery life of this toothbrush is great. I always leave it on the charger at home, but I have gone a week on vacation without charging it, so I have never actually brought the travel charger with me while traveling.
Another nice thing about this particular model is that it comes with a hard traveling case, which makes me feel better about bringing it along with me when I travel.
The one minor nit I have with the design is that you have to push the button three times to get it into clean and white mode. One push gets you into clean mode only.
This is honestly the best toothbrush I have ever owned, and I highly recommend it.
Pros: incredibly clean teeth, long battery life, hard travel case
Cons: three button pushes for clean and white mode

Wonderful, but needs replaceable battery

I love the Sonicare toothbrushes and have been using them for about a decade. I would recommend them to everyone.
BUT they have an annoyingly short life -- roughly 2-3 years, after which the battery will not charge. At this point, the Sonicare becomes e-waste because the battery is not changeable or replaceable.
This is unworthy of an otherwise great product, not to mention environmentally irresponsible.
Pros: works great
Cons: brick in 2.5 years

the sanitizing light went off the very first week.
