Poorly designed activation button

I like it, but it is still designed as the E series with the activation button made of a soft rubber. After use, the button dislocates, rots and makes the toothbrush unuseable, which means that you are required to buy a new one. I'd like to see a better designed activation button, maybe made of a different substance.
Pros: gets teeth clean
Cons: fails because of activation button

Ilike that tooth paste and Yuck, doesn't collect in the body of the

Great brush could be better!!!

I love my Sonicare Healthy White toothbrush. It works really well as a toothbrush and with the whitening setting I have kept most of my daily coffee stains at bay. The only two qualms I have about it are that in order to pause it you have to hold down the power/mode button for 3 seconds. Not so bad when I am using it but it gets kinda annoying for those sharing it with children or who pause and spit a lot. The other, is that the UV cleaner died a couple months after using it. Hopefully my experience will help. Do buy this brush but don't pay extra for the UV cleaner if you don't have to.

This thing was the bomb. Lasted 6 years of daily use leaving my teeth feeling utterly refreshed after each use. It finally gave into time and stopped working and got all floppy. RIP Mr. ToothBrush you lasted a long time. May you clean many more teeth up there in toothbrush heaven!

in my family of 6, it is great! even the dentist noticed we have cleaner tooth......the only bad part is the replacement brush heads are so EXPENSIVE!!!
Pros: easy and fast, getting 6 persons ready to go is very convinient
Cons: expensive head brush replacements, if they could only last a little longer

I had the E-series toothbrush and I would always get annoyed at how quick the brush head would have to be replaced due to the head design. I always kept it off the base and let it dry but it would somehow get smelly and start molding so after 2 years I upgraded to the Healthy White model and all I can say is it's completely WORTH THE MONEY!!! Spend the little bit extra and get the nicer one, the design is so much better. Here are the list of pros: quieter, smaller size, easier to hold, nicer head design with no place for water to leak and mold, the extra whitening mode. As for cons, I can't think of a single one since I didn't pay for the extra features, not having them is not a con on this brush. I knew what I was buying and I am very satisfied with my purchase!!
Pros: no leak brush head design, quieter than e-series brushes, smaller size comfortable to hold, extra whitening mode, compact charging base
