I didn't realize how much I enjoy this toothbrush until it broke and I had to go without it for 10 days while Phillips replaced it. Great customer service.

Another Great Sonicare Product -- With just a minor ease-of-use flaw

This is my third Philips Sonicare toothbrush, and I continue to be impressed by their performance--just like my dentist. When under time constraint I tend to become sloppy with brushing, yet my dentist keeps complimenting that he rarely has patients with teeth this clean. I am certain that my own contribution is primarily picking the right toothbrush.
The only minor flaw is that this particular model has no dedicated On/Off switch, as the previous Sonicare Flexcare model had. With intended use (i.e. brush until the timer stops the motor) that is no issue, but if one wants to interrupt the process (e.g. when in a hurry) or wants to briefly turn on the toothbrush for rinsing under running water, one always has to press the ONE button three times (normal to sensitive, sensitive to extra clean, extra clean to Off) to stop the brush.
The kit was super complete, with travel cases, two chargers etc. I would buy this model again and recommend it to others.
Pros: super cleaning performance, generous collection of accessories in the kit
Cons: no dedicated on/off button

Can't live without it!

Ever since I started using this product my dental health has been astounding. My dentist is so pleased, as am I.
My teeth have whitened to an amazing extent. I smoke and drink alot of coffee, and you can not tell a bit.
My teeth are in no way perfect as far as straight goes, but this product has been amazing in the looks of my teeth.
I made my husband use this, and he can not do without it either.
I smile alot more and thank this product for this.

Very good product

I've been using this toothbrush for over six months now and can see a remarkable difference in my teeth. They are much whiter than before. My last dentist visit was a positive one with less bleeding. There was a lot less plaque build up. Thank you for a great product.
