Great product and the best service

It is gentle and delicate on the gums.
During the years I was aggressive during
brushing & caused my gums to recede.
My doctor recommended electric brush
instead of manual brushing. I choose Phillips.
The battery charge will last for over 2 weeks
if you brush twice a day. The only issue I
had the charger's little tip where the brush
sits during charging snapped off. I tried to
purchase a replacement & they do not sell it.
I contacted the manufacturer after warranty
expiration & they sent me a complete kit
free of charge. As a manufacturer myself
I appreciated the service. I will purchase
phillips again. The product still works even
after 2yrs without any issues. The brush is
sturdy & as they say: " you get what you
paid for". Overall Excellent product.

I will never go back to regular toothbrushes, after seeing and feeling the difference the philips sonicare toothbrush has made in my dental hygiene.

Love the Refresh and gum care options. My dentist noticed a difference. Wish it stayed charged longer than a few days. Bought similar one for my husband last year and it stays charged for weeks, I need to pack charger for 5+ day trips.
Pros: improved dental check-ups
Cons: recharge every few days

Philips Sonicare stands behind their products.
Newest style is very comfortable, I have bought several over the last 15 years for my family and I.
Brush teeth in shower not a problem.
Easy to clean.

I love this product. I have had the brush for years. I do wish there was a pause button for the occasion I am interrupted and need to speak. Those time I must start over and get a longer brushing. Oh well!
