After using the Sonicare Healthywhite toothbrush for almost a year my teeth appear whiter and I don't use as much toothpaste.

I wasn't going to purchase another Philips product because the last tooth brush I purchased wouldn't hold a charge the ENTIRE time I owned it. Many times I'd have to go with a regular brush because my Sonic would be 'dead.' I was very disappointed in Sonic.
This brush, however, I love. I never have to worry if it will have a charge. I'm not convinced that it is making my teeth whiter though.
I replaced my previous Phillips Sonicare with this newer style. I like the thinner heads and less bulk and waste on replacements, though they are spendy. I like the gentler feel of the brushing on this model and that there is a way to disinfect on the charging unit. Still wish there was a way to easily keep dry/clean the space where the head attaches. Too much crud collects in that little space, unless it is cleaned and dried daily.
Pros: less waste on head replacements, travel kit, gentler brushing, disinfecting unit
I am amazed at the difference in how my teeth feel. My only gripe so far is the pricey replacement brushes.

This is a great product, it is timed so you it performs correctly each time. The brush head is such a shape that it can be turned verticaly as well as horizontal. CAUTION: DO NOT take it out of your mouth while brushing, it will spread tooth paste EVERY where.

I have had my Sonic Care toothbrush for over six months. And I have had braces on for 14 months. My teeth just didn't feel clean enough, until I got the Sonic Care Toothbrush. I am 54 years old and braces was just one of those things I always wanted to do. Now that the kids are all grown,It was my turn. My regular Dentist recomended it at a regular cleaning. She told me my teeth would look and feel cleaner in about two weeks. She wasn't kidding!! This is amazing! I worry about people noticing my braces, and even more so if they are not perfectly clean. No worries! I am looking forward to the day these braces come off.I will be able to show the world my new smile, and keep it bright and clean with this wonderful tool! Thank you so much!
Pros: service department was unbelieveably quick, cleans and brightens my teeth in two weeks
Cons: heads are quit a bit more expensive than i expecte

Great warranty service, new replacement confusing

Got great warranty service on a HX6711/02, and recieved a newer HX6350. I'm sure the newer brush is an improved, perhaps even more expensive, but with 5 modes including 'sensitive, massage, and refresh', I,m not sure what I'm getting every time it is used. I liked the simpler 2 speed model. As an R&D engineer we always said, "don't reinvent the wheel," and always warned that someone on the team could "complicate a paper sack"'. This one I have to turn it on, then turn it off, then select the mode I want then turn it back on! Too much technology for me. Great product and gets my teeth really clean!
Pros: high quality cleen teeth
Cons: too many features

I very much like the new smaller head on this unit, it's not as clumsy to use as the older larger ones. Easier to reach around the back teeth and gums.
