I have been a big fan of Sonicare toothbrushes ever since they came out. The new design cleans as well as ever, perhaps even better than previous models. Its biggest improvement is that it is much easier to keep the toothbrush clean and free from build-up.
One annoying issue is the travel case. It requires taking off the brush head from the handle. A simple tube to slide the whole assembled toothbrush in would be more convenient. Not worth reducing the rating for.
For international travel, I would also appreciate a USB charger.

Nothing has ever even come close to the quality of brushing that I got from this toothbrush. Get it or never know what you are missing.

Our daughter and son-in-law have one and recommended that we get one for ourselves. We did and liked how well it cleaned our teeth that we gave one to our son the next Christmas.
