I started using this toothbrush a year ago and never stopped. Best gift I ever received. I've always had poor teeth (despite brushing and flossing), and this toothbrush has helped my teeth feel cleaner than ever, night and day. My dentist notices as well! Also, Philips has the best customer service I've ever encountered. My toothbrush strangely stopped working, and they had a replacement in the mail after one short phone call. Thank you!

Pros: it's like the dentist cleaned my teeth.
Cons: tooth brushing instructions need improvements.

Overall I like the brush. My only drawback is the vibration of the brush since I have many fillings. It is easy to use, there are different
levels for brushing and a timer capacity so I don't over do it. I especially like the extra long battery life. I'm not charging all the time.
