Even better than my old Sonicare toothbrush. The timed quadrants, the multiple cleaning modes, the carrying cases, and the UV sterilizer. Absolutely fabulous.

Though I'm using this product at the recommendation of a hygienist, I do not like it because I seem to be unable to avoid striking my teeth with the hard part of the brush and I hate the vibration that causes.
I think designing the brush along an undulating path would allow for brushing the inner side of the teeth much easier by being able to hold the brush parallel to the teeth.

The brush is very quiet and designed to get in all the crevices of my teeth. It is timed so that you get 30 seconds on each side. You may select to brush an extra 15 seconds on the top and bottom. I really think my teeth are whiter! I have a small hand so the brush becomes heavy when I am trying to brush the back of the bottom teeth. The battery life has been really good.
Pros: very quiet

Until I started using my Sonicare, I always felt like my teeth were never clean enough, and a few hours after brushing, they'd start to become furry. This is not so with the sonicare. My teeth feel slick all day. I also started brushing more when I began using the sonicare--maybe it's fun to use? The only (minor) drawback is that it's timed for quadrants, which doesn't account for the chewing surfaces of the teeth. I actually don't pay attention to the timer anymore, in part due to the lack of timing for chewing surfaces.
