The brush head is WAY TOO DIFFICULT to get on and off. I have to grab a towel to get it off and then the towel is dirty with toothpaste. Shouldn't be that hard to get off! Brushes good, tho.

I love this toothbrush. I've been using these toothbrushes for 4 or 5 years now. I no longer have any problems with my gums bleeding; my checkups are always excellent.
Pros: excellent checkups, easy to use warranty

This is my second Sonicare toothbush. My dental appointments have improved greatly since I started using Sonicare. My only complaint is the replacement heads seem expensive, since the motor is part of the base. Overall, the product is in my opinion, best on the market.
Pros: easy to use and travels well.
Cons: replacement brush heads are a bit expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm so glad that I purchased this power toothbrush. I can't wait to go and see my dentist. He will be so happy to see how great my gums and teeth are. This toothbrush has made this so easy to know exactly how long I'm brushing and I my gums look and feel great!

I feel the "whitening" level is simply a slightly more vigorous speed. I didn't need the whitening aspect, I was just looking to replace my last Sonicare. For me, the whitening element may have sacrificed the effectiveness of the original product. My teeth just don't feel as clean.
Pros: slim design easy to hold
Cons: my teeth don't feel as clean...

Definitely the design is much better than the old model which is easier to clean after use and didn't hide dirt on the brush head

I liked the ultrasound brush cleaning, keep the brush head clean and good hygiene for teeth cleaning. I only hope the recharging battery would improve and last longer cause the old model didn't.
