I really liked having the timeing notification on this brush, telling me to change areas. A cheaper /basic version of this that I bought for travel , doesn't have this. It really keeps me to the 2 minutes of brushing.
Works as advertised. Two speeds make it even better.
Pros: thin and powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third Sonicare toothbrush over about 15 years; the first with the new brush head. I appreciate the smaller profile and the smaller charging base.
I find the extended brushing time--plus white--button a little awkward to use. Other than that this product is great.
Like this product a lot except for the on/off button. It is hard to push and you have to push it multiple times to get the brush to actually turn off. Very annoying.
Pros: like the head design
Cons: on/off switch

I have had a hard time keeping the toothpaste from running down my chin and onto my shirts. Occasionally I spray the mirror if I move the handle wrong...user errors not the toothbrush.
I've been an avid user of Sonicare toothbrushes ever since they first became available, back when it was just Sonicare without the Philips brand, and this one beats the prior models I've owned.
Teeth are the first thing I notice when I meet someone new; clean teeth are an indicator of taking good care of one's self. Sonicare toothbrushes, IMHO, are the best for improving my teeth, short of a dental cleaning appointment, and even better, this particular Healthy White toothbrush, combined with a DiamondClean brush head, and especially when using the "clean and white" mode, makes my teeth feel just like having had a professional cleaning.
Just switched to an electric toothbrush based on my dentist's recommendation. This does a great job. Just like having a cleaning at the dentist.

I have used sonicare for over ten years. Recently had to replace my toothbrush from the elite to the HealthyWhite.
I am very frustrated! The ProResults brushes are too hard on my teeth. The sensitive is not quite enough!
Please come out with something in between. I have no "lighter" setting on my brush, only the option to brush longer.
Pros: works as described
Cons: brush bristles too hard/too soft
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience while using Philips Sonicare toothbrush.
Philips Sonicare brushes are designed to work in your mouth without too much effort on your part.
To use:
1. Wet the bristles and apply a small amount of toothpaste. 2. Place the toothbrush bristles against the teeth at a slight angle towards the gumline. 3. Press the power on/off button to turn on the Sonicare. 4. Apply light pressure to maximize Sonicare’s effectiveness and let the Sonicare toothbrush do the brushing for you. 5. Gently move the brush head slowly across the teeth in a small back and forth motion so the longer bristles reach between your teeth. 6. Continue this motion throughout your brushing cycle.
Tips for use: Before switching the toothbrush on, place the bristles of the brush head on your gum line at a 45-degree angle.
1.Close your mouth as much as needed to prevent toothpaste splattering. Turn the brush on. 2.Hold the handle with a light grip. Do not grip the handle, but hold in gently at the edges. Switch the toothbrush on, and glide the brush across your teeth, gently, allowing the brush to do the work. 3.To maximize effectiveness apply only light pressure and let the toothbrush do the brushing for you. 4.Do not scrub. 5.To make sure you brush evenly throughout the mouth, divide your mouth into 4 sections using the Quadpacer feature.
