We bought this to replace our old Sonicare system. I'm not thrilled with the 3 modes, if I need to stop brushing in mid cycle I have to hit the button 3 times to turn it off, inconvienent and when still 1/2 asleep at 6am it can get messy. I wish we'd found one with only one mode.
Pros: slim brush head and handle
Cons: too many modes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent preformance, OK operation

Cleans teeth really well. Keeps your gums healthy. The only thing I dont like is that you have to press the button three times to use the setting with the longer time. For people that use the regular setting, this will not be a problem.
Cons: control setting awkward to use.

This is my fifth Sonicare and performs as expected. Visits with my dentist over the years have proved its effectiveness. I continue to recommend the product to my friends and family.
Pros: compact easy to carry retains charge

great for whole family

Have noticed that it makes all four of our mouths look lighter. Feels cleaner than a manual brush. Easy for even our 7 year old to use. Love the self timer so everyone brushes for the amount recommended.

Nice Product, could use some design refining

I dropped my toothbrush and now the metal piece on the inside is loose and the toothbrush is really noisy. I'm sure this is affecting the functionality of the toothbrush since it works off the vibrations and they're obviously not the same anymore. Again, this is the metal piece on the inside, this should not have been affected by a drop. Also, my husband's toothbrush fell out of the cabinet a couple of times, both X's the handle on the brush head cracked. So, my complain is with the design, it shouldn't be this sensitive or I guess it's not for accident prone people....

This is the MOST EXPENSIVE toothbrush I ever had. But it still works very well. I like the built-in warning after 2 minutes.
