The product is great. I've used it for the past 5 months and have been very happy with the results, whiter teeth, better gums.
I would like to add, the company is excellent in standing by their product. I had a problem with the first one I bought. The company handled the problem and quickly replaced the original.

Replaced an Elite model with the HealthyWhite and it is a great improvement. The Elite has a problem with build-up of mold, and had to be cleaned with hot water and alcohol quite frequently. This one is quieter, more streamlined, and is so easy to keep clean. Love it.
Pros: slim design, easy clean, quiet

Improve the mode switch

I use the third mode for whitening. I recommend providing a mode switch to keep the unit in the whitening mode, in stead of having to push the power button three times.

At first we were not really keen on the way it vibrates and sounds like a Dentist office. Now we don't even notice. Transaction to this machine is a success!
Pros: healthy gums and teeth

this only irritation is the feel of the vibration... it's stiff and jarring a bit. My other toothbrush was a smoother feel. But all else considered, this one is better.
