This is the second sonic-type toothbrush for me and it is improved in cleaning and whitening.
Pros: each toothbrush on own handle, cleaning compartment, whitening does work
Cons: two cords get tangled

I had an older verison of Sonic for over 7 years.
I loved it as I love the newer verison.
You feel like you just came from dental cleaning at the dental office.
I definately get a better dental report. Last time the hygentist said you have no tartar.
I definately have whiter teeth.
I do like the design of the new model and the two cleaning modes.

My husband and I have used Sonicare toothbrushes since they first came out. They cut the time between his dental cleanings in half. I particularly like the new one I just bought. I like the smaller handle. It fits my hand better. We have always and still are amazed at the difference it makes in our oral hygiene.
Pros: it works!

I have enjoyed using this sonic toothbrush. It has definitely made my teeth whiter -- not as well as whitening products, but enough to notice the difference.

A few years ago I switched to Braun because they were cheaper and promised more. But I had a few gum pockets that didn't go away. So I remembered Sonicare and their new head look better. So I decided to pay a bit more and switch back. After a month my gums started healing. A dental check up confirmed. It feels good too.
My only complaint is that it should remember the mode, so I dont have to press it three times every time. In not sure if it doesn't have a pause function or I don't know how to use it.
Pros: cleans and massages you can feel
Cons: should remember the mode.
