good tooth brush but bad design flaw

This tooth brush has good performance, battery life, and is very easy to use. However, I have had three different ones that have all had the top portion become loose. It is extremely delicate and it does not take much to jar the head loose, like traveling. Once that happens, the tooth brush looses its appeal. Sonic care replaced the second one and were very apologetic but I will switch to a different model in the near future.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: top portion becomes loose

I had a Sonicare toothbrush similar to this previously which stopped working. I got this one which was cheaper and easier to use. It has a whitening feature which seems to work great. I like this toothbrush a lot.

I replaced an older model with this one. I don't like that I have to push the button 3 times each time I turn it back on after spitting.
Pros: very good cleaning
Cons: must hit the button 3 times

I LOVE my Sonic toothbrush! Why did I wait so long to get one? It has made all the difference in the world to how my teeth look and feel and I know I'm doing something good for my overall dental hygiene. My teeth have gotten considerably whiter since using this product! Now my mouth always feels like I just came home from a visit to my dental hygienist! Love it!

It automatically lets you know when to change places/positions in your mouth, lets you know when to change brushes, and is built to be easily handled by man or woman.
Pros: it looks like it belongs on our bathroom counter

I have puirchesed Phillips Tooth Cleaners for years and have told friends and children that the ptoduct is great. Then I purchesed one with price as the leader in choosing it. Big Mistake. I have to try to guess whe 30 seconds are up to change positions. Bummer. I did not think Phillips made a poor item, till now.
Pros: still cleans good
Cons: no 30 second timer
