I replaced the my old electric brush with the Phi;ps Healthy White.This decision was based on recommendations from family and and friends. Happy with product and questions I had were quickly answered .

This is an entry level toothbrush as far as features

This is my second toothbrush and the prior one seem to have more features. There was a timer to let me know when 30 seconds had passed to move to another section of my mouth. However, the battery life on this one is much longer between charges.
Con: The "blue" on the bristles to let you know to replace disappears after about 20 brushes. So it is hard to know when to replace the head.
Pros: battery life
Cons: the "blue" disappears to fast

This tooth brush has reduced the number of maintenance visits to the dentist per year. I went from every 3 months to every 4 month for cleaning. My teeth feel very clean and smooth after brushing. When I had a problem with the charger the customer service was a pleasure to deal with. I had lost track of my warranted document. The service Representative had me get the tooth brush and read the number to him. From that he verified that the charger was under warranted and sent me a new on. The prepaid return envelope was easy to use. I now have two units.

I love my sonicarehealthywhite toothbrush, I had owned one for 11 years when it gave out and I received my new one for Christmas of 2011.

After years of brushing manually, I finally made the move to a powered toothbrush, and it was the right thing to do. My teeth look and feel much cleaner with the Sonic brush. My biggest hurdle to overcome was the cost, and while the initial outlay was expensive, and replacement heads are not inexpensive, I now see it as a long term investment. It just does a far superior job of cleaning your teeth. It took a few brushings to get used to the feel of the vibration, and I still find it necessary to floss (although nowhere near as much), but using it has become second nature and I would hate to go back to a manual brush.
Pros: cleans teeth and gums, comfortable design, long battery life, timer to spend equaltime on front/back top/bottom
Cons: replacement head expense
